Observation

The school kitchen was not locked and was accessible to children. The kitchen contained large freezers and refrigerators. The kitchen also contained razor blades on a low shelf easily accessible to children just inside the entry doors. The kitchen also contained stoves for cooking purposes. As it did not seem possible to lock the kitchen, the doros were shut and blocked by a table immediately. As observed on 1.3.2022. A toaster was plugged in the licensed program space and has a metal portion which could become hot enough to cause a burn. This was put up immediately. As observed on 1.3.2022.
